Returns Policy

In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after the goods have been delivered.

Shrinkstore will issue a full refund for all goods that are returned within this period, provided that such goods are sent back at the customer’s expense, and that they are unused and undamaged and with their original packaging.

The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession, and they are the customer's responsibility until the goods have been received at the address given below.

In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or defective products, please contact us by email within 7 days.
